Metro Vancouver posts weekly reservoir storage levels from
May to October, when rainfall is lower and the regional demand for water is higher.
This graph represents total storage in the region’s three reservoirs. Starting in July 2017, Capilano Reservoir level is being lowered as part of planned maintenance of Cleveland Dam. This work is part of Metro Vancouver’s commitment to continually improving and maintaining the regional water infrastructure. With the regional lawn watering regulations in place and the spring 2017 snow pack, the total source storage remains within the normal range.
