Expect mosquitoes along the Fraser River this June/July<div class="ExternalClass3D44A220E014426297B1771B12E33ACA"><p>​Mosquitoes have emerged following the Fraser River freshet.  They are particularly abundant and voracious near the Fraser River floodplain.  The adult 'biting population' is expected to subside later in July, during the hot dry season. </p><div class="ExternalClass36CF1DC3979D4F06A942DA2785B85C1B"><p>Be prepared for mosquitoes when visiting parks along the Fraser River.
